Insta-Rail Vertical Cable railing kits are an affordable and convenient way to upgrade your current deck railing and replace existing wood pickets or spindles. This Insta-Rail kit is designed to be installed on a frame measuring 36 inches in total height. Cable baluster lengths are not adjustable and require an install area height between 24-1/2 in and 24-3/4 in. Made with stainless steel 1/8-inch diameter cables each Insta-Rail kit will complete a 72 inch long run. Insta-Rail kits can be combined or cut down to cover any length required for your project. Insta-Rail can be installed on both wood and composite decking materials. Comprised of grade 304 stainless steel these kits are not suited for saltwater climates. A bending tool is provided for using Insta-Rail down stairs. Dependent on installation method, condition of existing framing, natural cable flexing, and testing procedures by a local inspector these kits may result in code failure for exceeding the 4-inch maximum baluster to baluster test.
