The Lutron Dvcl153Pla Diva Dimmable Cfl/led Dimmer uses HED Technology to dim CFL and LED light bulbs, this is a major advantage to other dimmers in that there are very few dimmers on the market that work with CFL and LED light bulbs. As with all Diva dimmer switches the Lutron Dvcl153Pla Diva Dimmable Cfl/led Dimmer uses a large paddle switch to turn the lights on and off. The dimming of the lights is taken care of by the slide control on the side and gives you the power to select the lighting level necessary. The Lutron Dvcl153Pla Diva Dimmable Cfl/led Dimmer also has the ability to dim a mixed load of multiple different light bulbs. The light almond color wallplate is the finishing touches of the Lutron Dvcl153Pla Diva Dimmable Cfl/led Dimmer (wallplate sold separately).
